Form & Flow - Your Sunday Morning Yoga & Pilates Fusion Start your Sunday with a rejuvenating Yoga and Pilates based movement class designed for beginners. This session will guide you through a series of gentle yet effective movements, seamlessly flowing to uplifting music. Our focus will be on strengthening both the body and mind, enhancing flexibility, balance, and core strength. Begin with a calming warm-up to prepare your body and mind. Move through a series of beginner-friendly yoga poses, focusing on breath and alignment, then we will incorporate Pilates exercises to target core strength and stability. We end with a relaxing cool-down and guided meditation to leave you feeling centered and refreshed.
