Festive Yoga

Treat yourself and celebrate the festive season with a special garden yoga flow! 

Christmas can be an extremely stressful and busy time for many. Why not take a morning out to find a little bit of space for your mind and body, separating yourself from the Chirstmas madness? Think of it as an opportunity to quieten your mind as you move your body in a way that feels good, and leave feeling rejuvinated and ready to face the festive season. We will have hot coffee for after with some special treats too. Wrap up warm and join us!

As always, our classes are beginner friendly with modifications available. Children are welcome at this event.

Location: Ballymore House, Tandragee 

Cost: Pay what you can afford - we have set no fixed price 

We have a tarpaulin for the grass if it is we, however if the weather is extremely unfavourable we will refund the payments made and cancel the event. Please keep an eye on your emails prior to recieve updates. Directions will be sent out prior to the event. If you have any trouble finding us dont hesitate to get in touch. Remember to wrap up warm, you could always bring a hot water bottle and blanket too!
