Ballymore House Yoga - 1st Birthday!

Ballymore House Yoga is just delighted to be marking a successful year and it's first birthday! We would love to celebrate with you all who have shown your support and dedication over this past year. 

We are offering a very special hour long yoga celebration class followed by some birthday cake! 

This is an opportunity to reflect on the progress we have all made over the past twelve months. We are sure many of you have seen an improvement in your yoga practice, and hopefully in your mindfulness and meditation too! We are certain you will have all made some new friends, cultivated a sense of community, and had a bit of criac. 

The most important thing is the relationship you have forged with yourself. Yoga allows us to unlock new parts of ourselves physically & mentally, in a safe environenment. Hopefully you have felt that you can explore the corners of the mind we often neglect, and the parts of our bodies we sometimes take for granted. Most of all, I truley hope that you hae felt the benefit of just taking a wee hour out every week to make some space for yourself. 

It has been my absolute pleasure to get to meet some wonderful and interesting new people and see the journey that you all have been on. I can't thank you all enough for allowing me and Ben to be a part of it. If it wasn't for you guys, I couldn't have done it. 

We plan to host the session in the garden, weather permitting. If its too cold or rainy, we will move up to the Masonic Hall where we normally meet. I encourage you to bring your friends, partners, kids and significant others to allow them to be a part of what we have created togther. 

The cost is pay what you can afford - if its just £1 then thats ok by us! We don't want anyone to be put off.
